No, it is not! It’s a casual fashion brand made for people who love all kinds of alternative Japanese fashion. It’s meant to fill the gap for comfortable casual clothes for people who wear alternative fashion daily, or simply want or need an easier, more comfortable option.

How do orders work?

Every time a new collection is released. there will be a preorder period for those items.  After the preorder, we move into production.  After production. some items will come into stock and will be available for regular purchase and immediate shipment.  In addition, each month, during the first week of the month, preorders will open for all active items.

Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.

How do I place an order for in person pickup?

If in person pickup is available at an event, there will be an option in fulfillment for pickup, rather than shipment.

How long are items active?

Items are considered active for sixty days after initial preorder.  After this period, they move into the back catalogue to make room for new items and collections.

Can I buy items from the back catalogue?

The entire back catalogue will be available during special ordering periods twice a year, at six month intervals.  Additionally, members of Angels’ Club are able to order items from the back catalogue during ordering periods on even numbered months.

What if an item is listed as sold out or retired?

Unless specifically contradicted by the product page, sold out or retired items can generally be ordered during the special ordering periods for the back catalogue.

What is the Angels’ Club?

Angels’ Club is a special membership where members gain access to a secret club shop where small batches of exclusive items will be available for purchase, including shoes, pajamas, aprons, swim suits, and more.  Members also vote on upcoming collections and can even submit their own ideas for collections.  In addition, members can order from the back catalogue during even numbered months.

How long do exclusive items stay exclusive?

Angels’ Club items remain exclusive for one year after original launch.  After this, they enter the regular back catalogue.
